Richard McCrea qualified from the University of Teesside in Aug 2000.

After qualifying, he worked in the North East of England before working in Australia in 2003. On returning to the UK, Richard spent 3 years rehabilitating clients from injuries such as fractures, post surgery ACL, musculoskeletal sporting injuries and educating clients on back care management with the aim  of returning clients to pre- injury levels of fitness and activity. Richard has an extensive range of rehabilitation exercises suitable for all clients.

In 2008, Richard completed an APPI Pilates class instructor module and uses Pilates exercises in rehabilitation programs. Richard taught Pilates classes at the Killymoon golf club and at Cookstown Leisure centre.

Richard has worked with sporting teams, Rainey old boys rugby club and mid ulster ladies football. In the past Richard has played AIL rugby with Rainey old boys, completed the London Marathon, Castlewellan olympic distance triathlon and also played various racket sports. He has a good understanding of the physical requirements of the sporting client to return fit and healthy to there chosen sport.
